Eat Clean

Fitness starts and ends in the kitchen. You can push as hard as you want in the gym, but 80% of your progress is going to come from what you fuel your body with. 

This page is to help you with clean eats and minimal cheats! I get a lot of inspiration from cookbooks and other blogs, and normally change the recipe slightly. I'll try to source the original recipe whenever there is one.

*Note that I am lactose intolerant - I use lactose-free (LF) cottage cheese to substitute greek yogurt in my recipes.
